Reports & tests we provide
Every repair and build comes with a written report. We always show proof of work – photos, measurements and test results – together with the quote, so you can decide whether a repair is worth it. Recent build: Lian Li O11 Vision, build & stability report
This is the build shown in photos 1 and 2 of the gallery above (and in the first two videos): Intel Core i9-14900K, RTX 4080 SUPER, 11 Lian Li fans. BIOS update, Windows 11 set-up, a 1-hour OCCT test, 15 hours of idle logging and a 12-hour OCCT System Platinum certificate with no errors.
Dagenham: PC repair & stability report (the bent NVMe SSD)
Gaming PC still crashing after repairs elsewhere. The NVMe SSD had been bent by a previous repair: proper support fitted, deep clean, BIOS reflash and a 12-hour OCCT Platinum test with no errors. See the video above.

How much does a custom PC cost?
It depends on what you need. Tell us your budget and how you will use the PC, and we will suggest a build and confirm the full price before ordering any parts.
Can you build a PC using parts I already have?
Yes. Where your existing parts suit the build we can reuse them. Message us a list of what you have and we will advise.
How long does a build take?
Once the parts are in, we assemble, set up and test your PC in our workshop. We will give you a realistic timescale when we confirm the parts and price.
Where can I collect my PC?
By appointment from our Cambridge or Dagenham locations. Use our online booking page or message us to arrange a time.
Can you upgrade my current PC instead of building a new one?
Often, yes. We upgrade graphics cards, memory and storage, clean and refresh thermal paste, and install Windows 11. See our PC upgrades page or message us for advice.
