Hi, I’m Jacob
I’m originally from Poland and I’ve lived in the UK since 2016. I started We Make IT Happen in 2020 with one small shop on Perne Road in Cambridge. Since then we’ve grown to seven locations: five in and around Cambridge and two in Dagenham.
I work alongside two brilliant hardware engineers, Lucian in Cambridge and Georgi in Dagenham. Together we have the specialist equipment, proper workshop labs and the skills to handle everything from everyday laptop fixes to micro-soldering.

How It Works
Drop Off Your Laptop/PC
Drop your computer or laptop off at our main office or at any of our other drop-off locations for the best computer repairs in Dagenham. We will find out what the problem is and give you a clear quote and an estimated time. Usually it’s the same day, but sometimes we need to order a part.
For a dead motherboard or liquid spillage we carry out advanced diagnostics. A diagnostics fee applies, payable only if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.
We always send you a report together with the quote, with proof-of-work photos, measurements and test results, so you can decide whether the repair is worth it.
Time For You To Decide
With our computer repair service in Dagenham you stay in control. After you have all the information and our recommendation, you decide which repair option is best for you.
If your device can’t be fixed, or the repair would cost too much, we offer one of our refurbished laptops with great specs. We can also move your SSD over, so the new laptop boots into your old operating system and you can get back to work straight away.
